I thoroughly enjoyed the course – a great teacher and a great bunch of people to work with. I have learnt a lot of good tips and techniques to overcome the nerves and lack of confidence.

Just a big thank you for the course in April. I had an interview on Wednesday which included a 10 min presentation. I received a phone call yesterday offering me a job. An excellent course, I would advise it to anyone interested!

The course was very relaxed and fun. I did not realise until half way through that I had actually been learning new skills. I just went along with the warm up games and things and then it dawned on me that it was as simple as that to prepare yourself and after that I started to relax.
— Mararet Sinclair - UKSOC Celebrant
Clare was always upbeat, encouraging, and informative. I learned the ability to calm myself down (breathing exercises) before public speaking - and the voice exercises. The main thing is I no longer feel dread at the thought of public speaking - I have techniques that I know will see me through. The course was also unexpectedly enjoyable!
